Shipping Policy
We offer standard delivery on all packages with an estimated 3-5 business days of arrival. International deliveries are subject to longer delivery periods. We are not responsible for any international shipping fees that may occur when customers receive their packages.
All orders placed are processed and handled within 48 hours of order confirmation.

Return & Exchange Policy
Changed your mind about a product? No worries as we have a 28 day return policy for domestic and international customers of the delivery date sent in the confirmation.
We cannot accept returns for any used Training Wheels.*
In order to process your refund, please ensure the original delivery slip is returned with your item(s). Please indicate why you would like to return your product.
Unfortunately we currently do not offer a free return policy, any postage costs for return item(s) is a responsibility of the customer. Postage fees are non-refundable.
Sale items cannot be refunded.
Once we have received and inspected your return item(s), we'll send you a confirmation of product arrival and refund the money back to your account.
*Note refunds are subject to rejection if the item(s) is not in the original sale condition.
